We are great believers in the saying "The price you see is the price you pay". No hidden extras, taxes or charges. All villas include taxes and service charges if applicable unless otherwise stated on the villa details or rental terms. If service charges are not included then any "tips" are to the discretion of the client. Most include airport transfers on arrival and departure "same date/same flight".
Most villas also offer use of our Concierge service who will contact you once your deposit is paid and can arrange those little extras that will make your holiday even more enjoyable. (This service is only available at present for Phuket and Samui.)
